Does Rachel take my insurance?
I'm in network with Optum. Optum manages mental health benefits for UnitedHealthcare employer and individual plans, including Golden Rule, All Savers, Surest and UMR — your card may say Optum or UBH (United Behavioral Health) for mental health.
Call the number on the back of your card to confirm your benefits.
Not in network: UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans (including AARP), UnitedHealthcare Community Plan (TennCare) and VA Community Care.
What will I pay with insurance?
You pay your plan's copay, coinsurance, or deductible. The amount varies by plan. The member-services number on your insurance card can tell you your benefits for outpatient counseling.
